Personality: Shigeo is very kind, though he doesn't show it much through his emotionless appearance. The only time he is very outgoing is when he explodes.
Backstory: (Include family history, schooling, interesting things that made your character who they are) Shigeo Kageyama was born with a kekkei genkai called Reikon which gives him a chakra that can't be used to create normal jutsu. He is able to simulate some jutsu but can't do much outside of his kekkei genkai. Shigeo's body is inhabited by an ancient and unknown creature of pure Reikon chakra which is what gives him his vast amount of chakra (it's not a tailed beast. I'm not that stupid). Because of the abilities he was born with Shigeo has locked away his power behind emotional locks. If those locks should burst then Shigeo will be filled to the brim with that emotion and some of his power will be released. This state is known as Explosion (or 100%). It's very hard to push Shigeo to this state. If Shigeo is rendered unconscious when he's near 100%, at 100%, or killed, the creature inside of Shigeo will emerge. This state is known as
%. The creature has no allegiances and will attack anything it perceives as a threat. If Shigeo's death is the cause of the creature's release then when the creature retreats back into Shigeo the wounds will be healed but Shigeo will be unable to use his powers for a time relative to the duration of the creatures presence. Currently Shigeo is unaware of the creature's presence inside of him. Shigeo lives with a seemingly normal family and has a brother who also has the Reikon but not to Shigeo's extent (I'll create a character sheet for him to if you want). All users of the Reikon have the ability to sense other Reikon users and active jutsu (if it's not in use he can't find you). Shigeo isn't very intelligent and has trouble with his academics. Shigeo became a genin just after the chunin exams and has been spending that time training.
Ninjutsu: Terekineshisu gihō: Shigeo is able to use his chakra to manipulate them environment seemingly without touching it. At it's most basic level Shigeo is able to move objects and create force fields. When at 100% Shigeo possesses immeasurably potent telekinesis. With it, he can move extremely heavy objects, such as entire buildings, pin an entire crowd to a ceiling, create nearly impenetrable force-fields, fly, augment his physical strength and speed, disassemble matter and reconstruct it on a molecular level. All users of the Reikon are immune to possession jutsu. Seishin-teki enerugī sōsa gijutsu: Shigeo possesses the ability to drain energy from other Reikon users, energy-based attacks aimed at him, and even the environment around him and add it to his own. So far, Shigeo only exhibited this ability while at 100% or at%. When absorbing energy that originated from other Reikon users, he can also absorb some of their emotions. It is even possible for the emotion that he absorb to overwhelm him to the point that he feels that emotion at 100%. Shigeo subconsciously exhibits this ability while in % mode. Shigeo also has the ability to energize others with his power, both Reikon users and normal people. In the case of the latter, it bleeds out quickly since their bodies can't contain his power for very long, and is of limited use unless the person already knows has the Reikon. Although, even a normal people has basic abilities such as a protective field of energy shielding them from the same stuff Reikon users are shielded against for the duration of this effect. He is also able to transfer his memories and emotions along with energy. Mob is able to use this technique without being at 100% . Ekusoshizumu gihō: Shigeo is able to use his powers to banish summoned creatures back to the place they came from until their master can summon them again. He can also use this power to dispel ghosts and weaken chakra constructs (for lack of a less worse example: he can weaken a tail beast.). If a banished creature is summoned back after banishment then Shigeo can reapply the jutsu.
Genjutsu: Currently Shigeo is unable to use genjutsu. Users of the Reikon have a resistance to genjutsu.
Taijutsu: due to his reliance on his jutsu Shigeo's muscles aren't very fit and he hasn't learned any Taijutsu. All users of the Reikon are weak against Taijutsu because their shields can only resist chakra attacks. The only defense against Taijutsu for a Reikon user is to create a pulse to push the attack away.
